The Delta Pottery Association is
made up of a group of local artisans and nascent potters who create functional and
artistic pots while learning new skills in a co-operative environment.
Membership
-
Delta Potters
members meet on the first Tuesday of each month except July and August.

Beginners are
welcome and priority is given to Delta residents. Registration is on a
first come first serve basis with the main registration taking place in
September.

Those skilled in pottery as well as
those who are new to it are welcome to join.

Many different
classes and workshops
are available for members of the association.

Members have access to the studio 7 days
per week except when classes are in session.

Members can sell their pottery in any or
all studio sales held throughout the year.

The association functions as a
cooperative. This means that members are expected to volunteer their time
to help in a variety of duties including mixing glazes, firing kilns
helping with sales and studio clean ups.
